Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

All Zenato orders are processed in Dubai. UAE deliveries take 1–2 business days, international 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note: import duties and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and with all seals/tags intact. Customized or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

What if my size doesn’t fit?

We offer one complimentary resizing (within 14 days of delivery) on most pieces. Customers only cover shipping costs

Are your stones authentic?

Absolutely. All natural gemstones are supplied with authenticity certificates (GIA/IGI for diamonds, when applicable). Semi-precious stones come with a Zenato authenticity card.

Do you create bespoke or one-of-a-kind pieces?

Yes — one-of-a-kind artistry is part of Zenato’s DNA. Share your idea, budget, and deadline, and within 24–48 hours we will provide you with a design proposal and render.
