1. VIP Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only)

  • Available within Dubai city limits.

  • Orders placed before 2:30 PM qualify for same-day delivery.

  • Deliveries are made between 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

2. Standard UAE Delivery

  • Available across all Emirates.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days.

3. International Delivery

  • Available to major cities worldwide only.

  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 7–19 days.

  • Charges are weight-based and calculated according to current courier rates.

Important Information

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver within the timeframes mentioned above; however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Courier delays due to workload, weather, customs, or operational issues are outside our control.

Address Changes

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend the delivery address.

Working Days

In the UAE, working days are Saturday to Thursday.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available at the delivery address or if the recipient does not answer the phone:

  • The courier may return the shipment to us.

  • Shipping fees remain payable and will be deducted from future purchases or store credit.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery or changes requested by the customer (new location, new time, etc.).

Non-Delivery Zones

Some areas in the UAE fall outside courier delivery zones. In such cases:

  • We will attempt to arrange a special courier whenever possible (additional charges may apply).

  • If delivery is not possible, we will issue a refund.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Al Ain

  • Fujairah

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Outlying Abu Dhabi regions

Customers will be notified before any extra charges are applied.
