You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and with all seals/tags intact. Customized or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

We offer one complimentary resizing (within 14 days of delivery) on most pieces. Customers only cover shipping costs.

Yes — a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covers settings, clasps, and plating. Misuse isn’t covered, but we provide repairs at fair rates.
