3. PLACING AN ORDER

Orders may only be placed online through www.zenato.store.

Upon submitting an order, an automatic email containing the Order Number will be issued.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Zenato may accept or reject your order at its discretion. Orders cannot be cancelled after submission.

An order is considered accepted only when you receive an official “Order Confirmation”.

Product colours, measurements, and designs visible online may vary slightly from actual items.

All sales are final. Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless proven damaged during transit.

4. SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS

Zenato will supply only those Products confirmed in your official Order Confirmation.

5. PRICES

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Zenato reserves the right to cancel any order affected by a pricing error before dispatch. Any such cancellations will be refunded.

6. PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

All payments must be made in the currency stated on the order.

Products will not be dispatched until full payment has been successfully authorized.

7. DISCOUNT CODES

Only one promotional or discount code may be applied per order unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. DELIVERY

Delivery will be made to the address provided by you at checkout. Stated delivery timelines are estimates only.

Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the provided address.

A shipment confirmation email will be issued once your order has been dispatched.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

These conditions must be read alongside our official Returns Policy.

Zenato enforces a strict final-sale policy. Items are eligible for refund only if damaged during courier transit and if all conditions below are met:

To file a transit damage claim, you must:

  • Notify us on the same day of delivery,

  • Provide your order number,

  • Submit clear photographs of:

    • the damaged product, and

    • the outer and inner packaging
      taken immediately upon delivery.

Failure to report damages on the same day forfeits any right to refund.

9.3
Upon approval, refund processing takes 2–3 working days.

9.4
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders receive a credit voucher valid for 12 months, not a cash refund.

10. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law:

  • Zenato is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the Product in question.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

11. DATA PROTECTION

By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection regulations.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Zenato will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, weather disruptions, courier issues, or regulatory events.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
